In a prior platform product role, I owned roadmap and backlog priorities and directed daily engineering delivery across new and existing integrations, refactoring and internal enablement. I translated needs into defined work and coordinated delivery across product, engineering and operations.

Since August 2023, I have worked as an independent Founder, Product Owner and Developer, owning product strategy, requirements, architecture and development. This includes APIs, identity, data models and a human-directed AI delivery workflow.

Platform Product Manager

Owned platform roadmaps and backlogs, directed daily engineering delivery and worked with engineering on technical tradeoffs. Defined work spanned new and existing integrations, refactoring and future platform capabilities, with handoffs to other product teams when needed.

Worked with application operations on manual processes and helped deliver runbooks, scripts and frontline toolkits. Customer evidence, engineering feasibility and competing commitments informed investment recommendations and sequencing.

Previously Senior IT Service Manager: established enterprise change, major incident and problem-management processes and the supporting ITSM platform.

Earlier at Fidelity, provided technical and logistical leadership for modernization initiatives spanning 70,000 devices for OS migration and 35,000 for virtualization.
